They are only open 8-5 Mountain Time and most times we wait 2 - 4 hours to speak with tech support only to be told that Fishbowl cannot do that. It is very different to run through the modules when everything setup but the process to get everything setup will take hours and weeks and maybe even months to complete.ДЄnd then here is the worse part about Fishbowl!! One of the selling points is '5 star US based customer support'. We were basically on our own to figure it out.Дon't be fooled by the Demo they provide. Our trainer spent two days covering all the different modules and then when it was time to 'Go Live' instead of helping us or at least leading us through it like we had be told. On site training is not worth the extra money they will charge you for. It is not as customizable as you will be told by the sales reps. We have been forced to change almost every procedure because Fishbowl only has 'One' way of doing things. Take caution because it has not been anything like that. Nothing is impossible for Fishbowl they will say. When I started talking with sales they really over sold Fishbowls capabilities.
